All work has been completed and all require close-out documents have been received from the contractor(s). The Director of Construction Services has determined that the project(s) are complete in accordance with state statutes.
Recommendation
That the cited Construction Services' project(s) be accepted as complete and the final payment to contractor(s) be approved as presented.
